RHE YouthBuild Celebrates 2nd Capstone Project

We celebrated our  2025 YouthBuild RHE Cohorts on October 15, 2025. We are so proud of all the youth — your hard work, growth, and resilience inspire us every day. Thank you all so much for your dedication, energy, and commitment. The future is brighter because of YOU! 
This is our second cohort that has completed the program. Rockville Housing Enterprises received a grant from the Department of Labor in 2023 to implement a YouthBuild (serving Montgomery County, MD). YouthBuild is a workforce and career preparation program that engages young people between the ages of 16-24 who face barriers to employment, and aids in their development towards self-sufficiency. Our participants are also required to complete an internship upon completion of the program.
