As Potomac's hidden gem, Geneva Day School provides exceptional classes and extraordinary programs for children aged two through kindergarten.

Join as a two, this nurturing and innovative school grows with you. Many students maintain lifelong friendships and a number of graduates enroll their children so as to grant the gift of a Geneva education.

Geneva's enriching, academic curriculum is powered by STEAM and includes specialized Art, Environmental Education, Mindfulness, Music, and Physical Education. An “outdoor classroom” presides over gorgeous Maryland Green School grounds, often visited by the very butterflies that serve as the school's mascot.

We have been welcoming children and their families from around the world since 1965.
Through multi-sensory lessons, we grasp the "Letter L". . . Truly!
This scholar helps himself to a book so as to read independently.
Parachute play teaches colors, direction-following, and inspires gross motor fun.
Mat Man is our Math Man. . . Geometry and counting form the backbone (really) of this stick figure.
Our Summer Program really is buckets of fun.
Campfire as a lesson. . . We learn direction-following while we "roast marshmallows" and revel in literacy as we read campfire tales. Please pass the marshmallow!
Physical Education celebrates obstacle courses and our sense of innovation.
Cooking is a favorite form of science. Please measure the ingredients! Please follow the steps! And most especially, please taste the results!
We celebrate student and camper art whenever we can. Including by displaying it!
Collaboration over a castle. . . Our imaginations and engineering initiative soar.
Paints help this scholar to identify shapes.
Skipping stones at our local creek. . . What adventure!
