We are a small family team of real estate professionals, here to serve our clients at the highest level. Delia McCormick, the team leader, offers 31 years of experience as a realtor. She and her team of three agents have seen it all and can guide clients through everything that comes up in the course of selling or buying a house. With over 1,200 closed transactions, the team expertly serves people at every stage of life, from first time buyers, to move up buyers, to downsizers and investors. Team member James Gregory excels in dealing with buyers and investors, with 17 years experience. John Gregory, formerly an officer of the US House of Representatives, an agent for 21 years, ensures our sales contracts are expertly drawn up and our clients are informed at every step. Delia is certified as a Senior Real Estate Specialist as well as a Listing and Buyer Agent, and has helped many seniors sell their homes to downsize near family or to senior living. Having resided many years in Washington, D.C. and close-in Montgomery County, we offer in-depth knowledge of neighborhoods, housing types, and the current market trends. Count on us for the best marketing for your house, solid pricing advice and strategic planning and execution. Our clients' satisfaction is everything to us, and we have won many accolades including Washingtonian Magazine's Best Agent and Best Team awards for the past ten years.
