Child Justice is a nonprofit legal services organization that works to protect children in child custody and protective order cases after exposure to family violence, physical or sexual abuse, substance misuse or neglect. Our mission is to protect and advocate for children who have been abused or affected by family violence or coercive control; to support them and their protective parents; and to promote justice for them through legal services, community outreach, education, and policy recommendations. We are based in Silver Spring and serve families across the State of Maryland. Our services are provided free of charge. To request legal assistance, please visit our website and fill out the webform.
