Resilience Strategies and Thinking Traps

This program was made possible by the generous support of Lisa Benjamin and the City of Rockville.
Adversity and stress are unavoidable in life. People sometimes believe that resilience is a trait--you either have it or you don’t. The goal of this workshop is to help participants walk away with a “resilience toolkit”—proactive strategies that can be used before, during and after stressful events to help mitigate the effects of adversity.
