Todd Pearson, BF Saul - Todd Pearson is the President & Chief Operation Officer of Saul Centers, Inc. The Saul organization owns and operates approximately 8 million square feet of retail space, 5.2 million square feet of office and mixed use space, and 19 hotels primarily in the DC metropolitan area. Todd’s primary role is helping the organization grow through the identification, acquisition, and development of real estate assets. His responsibilities include: sourcing and negotiating real estate deals, valuing potential opportunities, completing acquisition due diligence, and managing the design, entitlement and development of our mixed use projects. Prior to joining the B. F. Saul Company in 2005, he worked in public accounting. Todd received his MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Polytechnic and State University. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the National Association of Real Estate Companies, is a Commissioner and member of the Executive Committee for the Loudoun County Economic Development Advisory Commission, co-chairs Loudoun’s Nighttime Economy Ad Hoc Committee, and is an active member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and Urban Land Institute. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Todd lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife Sarah and four children; Mage, Jack, Eleni, and Benjamin.
Devin Zitelman, Scheer Partners - Devin Zitelman currently serves as the Director of Scientific Real Estate Advisory Services at Scheer Partners, leading a consulting platform specializing in life science and biotechnology real estate. With over a decade of experience in economic development, data analytics, and commercial real estate, Devin guides clients in navigating complex real estate decisions across the United States. Additionally, as an Accelerator Advisor for CvilleBioHub, Devin aids in developing a wet lab accelerator's strategy in Charlottesville, VA. Previous roles include Regional Manager at Avison Young, where market insights and technology solutions were spearheaded, and Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Washington DC Economic Partnership, focusing on economic development initiatives. Devin holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Environmental Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
Michael Howard, Rappaport - As Executive Director of Brokerage, Michael Howard employs his two decades of experience, in-depth knowledge, and resolute determination when representing renowned owners and tenants within the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. His trend-spotting, positive, and composed approach to closing deals and retail real estate cultivates equally positive and mutually beneficial partnerships amongst his peers, clients, and throughout the community. Since joining Rappaport in 2006, Mike has cultivated an impressive portfolio in both tenant and landlord representation, including Sephora, Sprouts Farmers Market, Raising Canes, PM Pediatrics, Panera Bread, Orangetheory Fitness, Federal Realty, ARES Management, Morguard, Principal Life Insurance, Northwestern Mutal and Foulger Pratt, among others.
Andy Chod, Minkoff Development - Andy serves as Co-President of Minkoff Development Corporation, a family-owned real estate firm based in Germantown, Maryland that provides development, construction, management and brokerage services. He is focused on day-to-day top line revenue generation, managing strategic tenant and platform partnerships as well as identifying value enhancement opportunities through conversions or new development. He is a 2011 graduate of Leadership Montgomery, as well as having served on the boards of the Bender JCC, Pinkney Innovation Center for Science and Technology at Montgomery College, and C&O Canal Trust.
Bob Elliott, River Falls - Bob Elliott, a seasoned real estate developer with over 20 years of experience, joined River Falls (formerly Lantian Development) in 2016. He has overseen more than 3 million square feet of mixed-use office, multifamily, and retail projects, including the U.S. Department of Transportation Headquarters, L’Enfant Plaza redevelopment, and Silverline Center renovation. His career spans leadership roles at Washington REIT, Clark Enterprises, The JBG Companies, and London-based startups, as well as work in real estate investment banking and architecture. Bob holds an MBA from The Wharton School and degrees from Rice University. He serves on the Board for VisArts in Rockville.
