The Saul organization owns and operates approximately 8 million square feet of retail space\, 5.2 million square feet of office and mixed use space\, and 20 hotels primarily in the DC metropolitan area.\n\n \n\nAndrew has been instrumental in many of the Saul developments but most notably developed the first phase of Twinbrook Quarter in Rockville\, which opened its first apartment building in October 2024 and Wegmans in June 2025.   Andrew continues to work on future phases of Twinbrook Quarter.  Andrew also has experience entitling and developing several retail projects in Loudoun County\, VA.\n\n \n\nBorn and raised in Washington\, D.C.\, Andrew received his MBA from the Kogod School of Business from American University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Loyola University in New Orleans. He serves on the Board of Directors for Van Ness Main Streets in Northwest D.C. and is a member of NAIOP and Urban Land Institute. \n\n\n\nAndrew lives in Washington DC with his wife Jessie and their son Jackson.\n\n\n\nDevin Zitelman\, Scheer Partners - Devin Zitelman currently serves as the Director of Scientific Real Estate Advisory Services at Scheer Partners\, leading a consulting platform specializing in life science and biotechnology real estate. With over a decade of experience in economic development\, data analytics\, and commercial real estate\, Devin guides clients in navigating complex real estate decisions across the United States. Additionally\, as an Accelerator Advisor for CvilleBioHub\, Devin aids in developing a wet lab accelerator's strategy in Charlottesville\, VA. Previous roles include Regional Manager at Avison Young\, where market insights and technology solutions were spearheaded\, and Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Washington DC Economic Partnership\, focusing on economic development initiatives. Devin holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Environmental Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.\n\n\n\nMichael Howard\, Rappaport - As Executive Director of Brokerage\, Michael Howard employs his two decades of experience\, in-depth knowledge\, and resolute determination when representing renowned owners and tenants within the Washington\, D.C.
