Mayor Monique Ashton will discuss the state of the City of Rockville, 8:30 - 9:00 - Continental Breakfast and Program 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30, in an event hosted by the Greater Rockville Chamber of Commerce at Glenview Mansion, 603 Edmonston Drive.
