Located at the Business Innovation Center offices in Rockville, Maryland, Executive HR LLC provides fractional, interim human resources and recruiting services on an hourly, project, or retainer basis. Services include Staffing/In-House Recruiting for Hiring Surges, Investigations, Performance Management, Compliance/Handbooks/Policy Development, Merger and Acquisition (M&A) Leadership, Due Diligence Support, and Benefits Administration. We also hold significant experience streamlining and developing HRIS systems with a focus on AI capabilities. Executive HR LLC's President and Owner, Stacy Rollinger, SPHR is the Board Chair for the Human Resources Bioscience Alliance of Maryland. We hold deep connections within the Maryland and greater DMV HR business community, allowing us to act as a referral source for specialized HR work through our network.
