About Us

Witnessing Mind provides mindfulness training for both organizations and individuals, along with three uniquely designed tracks of live meditation sessions. The mindfulness course follows a structured pathway, combining a solid knowledge base with practical exercises and guided meditations. For organizations, the training takes a collaborative approach, allowing for tailored content and delivery methods to align with specific needs. The individual mindfulness track is a pre-recorded, six-module course featuring video lectures, hands-on exercises, and guided meditations for a self-paced experience.

The three meditation tracks include Appreciative Awareness, Just Knowing, and The Dance with the Absolute. The first two are open to anyone looking to embrace joy and inner harmony, while The Dance with the Absolute is designed for advanced practitioners ready to explore deeper states of awareness. Each track spans four weeks, with weekly 1.5-hour sessions.
