The Wellness Extension (WE), founded by Jillian Bernstein in 2023, provides HR concierge services to small HR teams or organizations where HR is non-existent. Jillian found a gap between what small, in-house HR teams could provide and what employees wanted in terms of well-being programming as part of the employee experience. As such, when you engage with The Wellness Extension, you get both the foundational HR toolkit with a focus on employee well-being, retention and engagement.
