About Us
Community Reach of Montgomery County (Reach) empowers those who are underserved in Montgomery County by addressing their essential needs to enhance the overall well-being of our community. Reach's services include healthcare for uninsured, Medicare, and Medicaid patients through the Mansfield Kaseman Health Clinic (MKHC); eldercare; permanent housing with supports for previously unhoused adults; financial emergency assistance; and English education and US citizenship test preparation.
