Our ideal Estimator / Project Coordinator will take pride in being a self-motivated, creative problem-solver who consistently generates solutions for our client's and company's objectives. As a strong candidate for this position, you are super detail-oriented (a little OCD is a plus), enjoy working in spreadsheets, and place great value on honesty, integrity, and customer service. As Project Coordinator, you will embody these values and feel at home in our company's positive, client-service-oriented culture. In this role, you will spend your time in our Rockville Design Studio working hand in hand with
our designer(s) and Project Manager(s). Sound like a perfect fit?

Requirements:

• Must be organized and extremely detail-oriented (#1 requirement)
• Must possess excellent writing skills
• Honest, Self-Motivated and Reliable
• Clean-Cut, professional, and take pride in themselves and their work
• High-end Luxury Residential Remodeling Experience required
• Some sales experience is a plus but not required
• Team player (supportive of other team members; thinks of the company as a whole)
• Computer and technology literate and a fast learner with new software
• Proficiency in Excel and Word are required
• Knowledge of estimating software is a plus but not required
• Working knowledge of Chief Architect a plus but not required
• Reliable transportation
