Are you a dedicated professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality bathroom remodel installations? We are seeking a skilled installer or 2-person installation team specializing in bathroom remodels to join the Re-Bath franchise team in the Maryland/Virginia/Washington D.C area. This role involves working directly in clients’ homes, where professionalism and respect for their property are paramount. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in bathroom remodeling with an emphasis on flooring, tile, toilet, and vanity installations, complemented by some plumbing and carpentry skills.
Reporting Structure:

• This position will report directly to the Production and Operations Manager.

• Bathroom Remodel Installations: Execute comprehensive bathroom remodel installations including shower/tub, flooring, tile, toilet, and vanity installations.
• Plumbing & Carpentry: Apply basic plumbing and carpentry skills during installation tasks.
• Client Interaction: Work closely with clients in their homes, ensuring the utmost care and respect for their property.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with your partner to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
• Safety & Physical Requirements: Adhere to safety protocols and lift a minimum of 80lbs.
• Flexibility: Be prepared to work additional hours as needed to meet project deadlines.
• Tool & Transportation Management: Properly manage and care for company-provided tools and transportation.

• Experience: A minimum of 4 years in the bathroom remodeling space.
• Technical Skills: Proven expertise in flooring, tile, toilet, and vanity installations, with some plumbing knowledge. 
• Carpentry Skills: Basic carpentry skills are required.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift at least 80lbs.
• Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both as a team and with clients.
• References: Valid professional references are required.
• Transportation: Transportation to the Rockville showroom/warehouse is not included. Company vehicle for transportation to the job site will be provided. You must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. 

• $27 per hour, full time 25 to 40-hour work week Monday through Friday. 
• $25 bonus opportunity per 5-star customer rating received.
• 35-40 hours per week including driving time.
