This event is open to people of all levels of abilities, and is directed by our lovely Marie Daly, yoga teacher extraordinaire. She uses self-care yoga techniques to give us ease and restorative energy. You do this on a chair or bed or on the floor. Marie is the volunteer coordinator at Caring Matters.
