A Panel Discussion on How to Recognize, Report, and Respond to Hate in Our Community
This panel presentation will define Hate Bias and Hate Incidents as well as what makes a Hate Crime; outline data of occurrences in the county; explain what to do if you are a victim of a Hate Crime; explain how MCPS deals with Hate Crimes; and give tips on how we can all be better members of the community!
This event will include presentations from members of the Montgomery County Committee on Hate/Violence, MCPS and Montgomery County Police
