Join AFC Urgent Care Rockville as we celebrate two years of caring for our community! This milestone event is dedicated to wellness, connection, and appreciation for those who have supported us along the way.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, making this the perfect time to prioritize stress relief, self-care, and overall well-being. This special networking event will bring together our business community to highlight the importance of accessible, high-quality care while promoting mental and physical well-being.

What to Expect:

Herbal Tea & Infused Water Station – Enjoy calming herbal teas or fruit-infused water for relaxation and hydration.
Tabletop Mindfulness Cards – Each table features simple breathing exercises or gratitude prompts to encourage mindfulness.
Interactive Healthy Menu Picks – Specially marked menu items or a wellness-inspired dish option for guests.
