Ken Williams is responsible for the overall strategic, technical, operational and financial success of Allied Telecom Group, LLC. His primary responsibilities include strategic planning, technology R&D, and ensuring that the operational and financial resources at Allied are running in an efficient and effective manner. His vision has led Allied to become the Northeast and MidAtlantic region’s most diverse last-mile carrier with expertise in Lit/Dark Metro-E fiber, Ethernet over Copper, and multi-gigabit millimeter-wave fixed wireless technologies. Allied also operates a robust geo- diverse Broadsoft Unified Communications and Collaboration platform.
Allied has recently expanded its NextGen VPLS/MPLS Metro Ethernet business services within the Verizon footprint in Boston, Philadelphia, and Southern Virginia. This is in addition to its existing diverse last-mile networks in the NY Metro, Baltimore and DC Metro areas.

Devin Schain is a serial entrepreneur who has successfully started and sold four companies and has invested in more than 40 start-ups and early stage businesses. Currently, Devin is founder and managing partner of WIT Capital, which invests in start-ups and early stage companies focused in direct marketing, financial services, education, and SAAS models. Devin is also the executive chairman of T-Worx Technologies, a product innovation company that developed the Intelligent-Rail Platform, a patented platform technology that communicates data from armaments and accessories to command centers.
Devin has more than 30 years in numerous entrepreneurial ventures. As a sophomore at The University of Pennsylvania, Devin launched On Campus Marketing (OCM.) He sold OCM after building it to the point where it was working with 1,100 colleges and became a public company. Educational Direct, another company that Devin founded, became the leading consolidator of student loans on the internet before being sold in 2006 to the private equity firm Providence Equity Partners for $375,000,000. Schain is active in Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and also founded Campus MD/Access Health Group and Campus Direct.
In addition to being a serial entrepreneur, Devin is a dedicated philanthropist: he founded ShalomLearning and The Social Sector of Scaling Up. He is married with three children and lives in the Washington DC area.
