Tracy Ford has over 10 years of experience in employee benefits and is a licensed financial advisor. She is the founder of Elite Supplemental Benefits and works with employers to identify coverage gaps and implement compliant, additive benefit strategies.

Her focus on supplemental coverage became personal after a close family member went through cancer treatment and faced significant out-of-pocket costs despite having medical insurance. In 2021, Tracy became a financial advisor to help clients protect both their health and their assets.

Brad Smith is a tax strategist and benefits professional who works with employers to understand and implement compliant, tax-advantaged benefit strategies. As the founder of Empower Financial Group, he focuses on practical solutions that help employers manage costs while supporting their employees’ overall financial well-being.
