Mix & Mingle at Launch Physical Therapy and Fitness Coaching

This Mix & Mingle is a joint event by Launch Physical Therapy & Fitness Coaching and GROWS. For over 30 years, GROWS members have provided experience, knowledge and assistance to the senior community and the Rockville Chamber is happy to partner with them on annual events. Launch Physical Therapy & Fitness Coaching is a Chamber member and home to new board member, Dr. Liz Wheeler. We look forward to seeing you there.
Food from Botanero Restaurant! We will have something for everyone - vegan, protein, fish, vegetarian. Wine, beer, water, energizing tea, and protein shake samples will also be available. 

This will be a unique Mix & Mingle for RCC….. You will have the opportunity to participate in a 30-minute fitness class or complimentary consultation during the event. You may choose to simply enjoy networking with one another but we encourage you to consider benefiting from a light workout or a complimentary consultation. 

To keep things safe and consistent with Launch policies, we are limiting each class to 10 people. Bring a change of gym clothes and shoes. There is a private changing room and bathrooms onsite at Launch for you to get ready for the class. Please call Launch at 240-406-1265 to reserve a space for your preferred time slot and to sign the participation waiver ahead of time. 

These classes are for everyone, whether this is your first time doing real exercise or you are a former professional athlete, you will be kept safe and you will be appropriately challenged.
