That is where Nonprofit Montgomery's MORE Training, led by Jana Sharp of Sharp Insights, comes in.
MORE is designed to help nonprofit teams strengthen their evaluation skills and take their data practices to the next level. Through a hands-on learning experience, participants gain practical tools and strategies to better measure program effectiveness and communicate impact.

Spring Cohort 2026 Sessions:
- Session I: Wednesday, March 18, 9:30 am to 2:30 pm.
- Session II: Thursday, March 19, 9:30 am to 2:30 pm.
- Capstone: Thursday, April 23, 9:30 am to 12:00 pm.
- Consultation: Customized 1-hour virtual session per organization over Zoom
Location
Location: Main Street Connect, 50 Monroe Place, Rockville, MD 20850. Main Street is located at 50 Monroe Place in Rockville, Maryland – 500 feet from the Rockville Metro station and bus transportation. Breakfast will be provided for all three sessions. Lunch is provided for Sessions I and II. Please indicate any dietary requirements, needs, or allergies.
Fees/Admission
The administrative fee for Nonprofit Montgomery members is $20 per person. The fee for non-members is $75 per person.
