Nilu, a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher, founded Witnessing Mind in late 2024 with a mission to guide businesses and individuals toward inner peace and joy through mindfulness and meditation practices. Her passion for meditation has been a cornerstone of her life since 2015 when it became a daily ritual. She begins her meditation practice at 4:30 AM, dedicating 1.5 hours—though she often feels this time could stretch even further. Before launching Witnessing Mind, Nilu identified her professional role as a leader in monitoring and evaluation within international development. In this role, she trained countless professionals worldwide; led evaluation and research studies, and established data tracking systems for USAID and USDA projects.
