Financial Management Team Training (FIRM) for New and Emerging Organizations (In Person)
New Year. New Goals. Stronger Financial Foundation.
The start of a new year is the perfect time to reset, refocus, and strengthen what matters most behind the scenes.
Calling all small or emerging nonprofits—especially those just getting started or operating with budgets under $750,000. Nonprofit Montgomery's Financial Management Training for New and Emerging Organizations is designed with you in mind!
The training provides an introduction to financial best practices for greater accountability and sustainability. Given the uncertainty and changes in funding in the last couple of years, it's more important than ever to make sure your financial management is in shape. FIRM provides tools, models, and frameworks that strengthen your ability to identify, manage, and assess the assets you put to work to achieve organizational outcomes.
Led by: Justin Pollock, founder of Orgforward, a consultancy that partners with community benefit agents and capacity builders to develop leadership and strategies that create communities where equity, dignity, engagement, and a healthy environment exist for everyone.
