Fallsgrove Community Shred Day

Lafayette Federal Credit Union is inviting local residents to safely dispose of personal documents at its upcoming Community Shred Day, held at the The Universities at Shady Grove (Building IV), 9636 Gudelsky Drive, Rockville, MD 20850.

Community Shred Day is free and open to the public, offering a secure and convenient way to shred sensitive documents such as old bills, tax forms, medical records, and other paperwork that could put individuals at risk of identity theft if improperly discarded.

Volunteers will be on-site to assist with unloading documents directly from vehicles and ensuring materials are shredded on the spot via a professional mobile shredding service. (Note: Only personal documents will be accepted — no commercial or bulk business shredding, please.)
