Join AFC Urgent Care Rockville in partnership with HAVEN 101 for an afternoon of movement, mindfulness, and intention under the full moon.

We’re bringing the community together for a free, all-levels yoga class led by the inspiring Lindsey Van Wagner, who empowers her students both on and off the mat. Lindsey’s approach is rooted in educating and inspiring clients to live with purpose, confidence, and courage. Through subtle mindset shifts and lasting habit changes—supported by both scientific and anecdotal evidence—she guides students on their health and wellness journey. Her classes encourage you to begin tapping into your full potential, reclaim your power, and share your unique gifts with the world.

What to Expect:

• Gentle Flow: A soothing, guided yoga session focused on relaxation, flexibility, and mindfulness.
• Community Connection: Meet and connect with fellow community members in a supportive and welcoming environment.
• Experienced Instructors: Our certified yoga instructors will guide you through each pose, ensuring a safe and enjoyable practice for everyone.

?? Class begins at 4:00 PM, followed by a Intention Circle where we’ll gather in reflection and set intentions aligned with the energy of the moon.

Whether it’s yoga, heart-health hikes, or local wellness workshops, our goal is to meet our community where they are and make wellness accessible, engaging, and meaningful.

• Yoga mat (limited mats available on a first-come, first-served basis)
• Comfortable clothing suitable for stretching
• Water bottle to stay hydrated
• A positive attitude and open heart
