COMMUNITY WALK: With AFC Urgent Care

Join AFC Urgent Care Rockville for the launch of our new monthly wellness initiative: Community Walk with AFC.

We’re bringing neighbors together for a one-mile walk through King Farm Village designed to promote movement, connection, and conversation around health.

Community members can expect to:

• Engage in safe, light physical activity
• Learn about relevant health and wellness topics
• Connect with neighbors and local healthcare professionals
• Build healthy habits in a supportive environment

Each walk will begin and end at AFC Urgent Care Rockville. Before we head out, a member of our clinical team will share a brief, practical health tip or seasonal wellness focus (heart health, injury prevention, stress management, etc.).

Whether you walk, jog lightly, or roll — all are welcome. This is a free, family-friendly event open to all ages and fitness levels.
