AARP's livable Communities initiative encourages businesses to think differently about accessibility, customer service, and marketing in a way that welcomes people of all ages and abilities. They've highlighted businesses that are already doing it, and we will explore what that looks like. This conversation could open the door to a powerful differentiator for our region.
