Join Susan Mondi Bowen of Thrive Yoga for a 90 minute Yin Yoga journey to a balanced, kind and flexible you. Experience yin fitness to balance your yang daily life. Through Yin Yoga sequences and postures you will exercise the ligaments, joints, deep fascial networks and create stronger joints, greater energetic flow (chi) and greater range of motion. While surrendering into the cool postures, you will have time to embrace your own humanity and arrive at the obvious truth: kindness is the way.
In this curated Yin Yoga Practice you will learn to:
- Lengthen connective tissue and your deep fascial networks
- Increase flexibility via fascia and spacious joints, greater blood flow
- Reduce stress
Expect:
- Longer pose hold time with gentle pressure, supported by props when necessary
- Slower, introspective pace
