The Friends of the Library, Rockville Memorial Chapter, will be hosting author, historian, and curator of the International Spy Museum, Vince Houghton. Houghton will talk about his book Nuking the Moon: And Other Intelligence Schemes and Military Plots Left on the Drawing Board. All of his tales are true, and some are quite funny.
