
This month, Beth Sperber Richie of Fermata Consulting will present on the impact of vicarious trauma on direct service staff and how to trauma-inform your service provision.
Beth Sperber Richie, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist, trauma specialist and consultant who works with activists and non-profit leaders to sustain their staff and their mission given the challenges of social change work. Dr. Sperber Richie helps organizations: become more trauma-informed; create an environment that builds staff and organizational resilience, particularly in the face of racism and sexism; and evaluate their organizational policies and culture with regard to staff care.
