You will finish the series with a complete business plan in hand to guide you through the growth of your business.\n\nCourse topics include:\n\n\n Business Introduction and Description\n Market Analysis Segmentation/Targeting\n Competitive Advantage & Description of Offering\n Marketing Plan\, Selling Model\, & Product Launch\n Operations and Organization\n Financial Analysis & Sales Projections\n\n\nTo finish the business plan in the six weeks allotted\, students are expected to complete assigned tasks in the classroom\, complete homework assignments\, come to class prepared\, and ask for help when needed. A laptop or tablet computer are not necessary\, but it is helpful to have in class.\n\nSpecial thanks to our series sponsor: AARP Maryland.\n\nThe session runs May 29-July 3 and you'll meet once a week from 10:00am-1:00pm at our Rockville location.
