DESCRIPTION:The Rockville Chamber is excited to host a nonprofit mastermind group.  Join us each month to talk about issues impacting the nonprofit community and how best to do business in today's market.\n\n\n\nThis month we will hear from Jackie DeCarlo\, CEO of Manna Food Center\, about how to establish meaningful  and successful strategic partnerships.\n\n\n\nCurrently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Manna Food Center\, Jackie has had the honor of working throughout Montgomery County\, Maryland\, and the greater DC region to promote good food access and equitable food systems.  Jackie serves on several advisory councils and steering committees to help "connect the dots" among issues and ideas\, as well as to learn from her peers.  Current priorities for Jackie include implementing Manna's 2017-2020 Strategic Plan and shaping a Food Security plan for the entire county.  She is also striving to address issues of race and privilege in her professional and personal life. Whenever she can\, Jackie remains connected to the global Fair Trade movement\, which works for economic justice through partnerships between consumers and producers.
