Upon arrival\, you will receive training on how to conduct an interview and be given the questions to ask. After training\, you will conduct a mock interview and provide feedback for the interviewee. \n\n \n\n\n\nRegistration is required\, but there is no fee to participate. After registration\, we pair our volunteers & interviewees. Therefore\, it is vital to a positive process that a substitute from your company is present should you be unable to attend.
