There are no sign-ups or special menus   just visit any restaurant in the city during the promotion\, upload your receipt online\, and you're automatically entered to win one of three VISA gift cards valued at $50\, $100 or $200. And that's not all   20% of your receipt (up to $20) will be donated to local nonprofits participating in the Rockville Rewards program.
