Developing positive interactions necessary to operate a successful business is at the core of business relationships. Business etiquette defines the expected behaviors that involve treating customers\, internally and externally with respect and courtesy. Not only do manners matter\, but they are easy to learn and simple to practice every day. This class will focus on reviewing rules of conduct- manners\, identifying self-orientation\, learning how to develop credibility and reliability\, discovering and utilizing &ldquo\;netiquette&rdquo\; a combination of etiquette and technology.

We are on the 2nd floor of the Center for Business &\; Graduate Studies in the Bowie Business Innovation Center (Bowie BIC): room 2312. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor.
