\nWe'\;re continuing our Bootcamp &\; Brew series with Bark Social in N. Bethesda!
We are a bootcamp style fitness facility designed to accommodate any and all ability levels. We accomplish this by having nationally accredited instructors leading every single one of our sessions. So not only are they able to provide live coaching to prevent injury\, but they demonstrate each movement prior to executing the exercise. This means\, not only do you know what to do\, but they provide progressions and regressions so you can move at your own pace and scale exercises as you see fit. \;
\n\nThe workout will last one hour with circuit workout stations featuring weight training\, cardio\, etc. It'\;s honestly the perfect kickstarter to your weekend. PLUS you'\;ll get a free beverage at the end of the workout. So please join us for a fun and healthy workout session with your pup!
