This is Red Velvet\, one of the three entirely student-run acapella groups at Walter Johnson High School. It was founded in 2016 as the co-ed complement to Soprano-Alto group Vanilla and Tenor-Bass group Chocolate. Red Velvet is led by seniors Sophia Stanton-Brand and Abby Bruskin. They will be preforming the songs Everywhere by Fleetwood Mac\, White Winter Hymnal by the Fleet Foxes\, and Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.\n\nWhat to Expect:\n\nDelicious food and refreshments (provided by Key Ingredients)\n\nConnect with fellow Chamber members and community leaders in a warm\, welcoming setting\n\nClose to local shopping for any holiday gift ideas\n\n\n\nSo bring your holiday spirit\, and celebrate all we've accomplished together this year. We look forward to seeing you there and toasting to another successful year for the Greater Rockville Chamber of Commerce!\n\n\n\nAlso\, we will once again participate in the Holiday Giving Project with Community Reach of Montgomery County. Since 2008\, Reach has participated in the Holiday Giving Project of Montgomery County (HGP)\, an initiative run by the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services that assists families in low-income households for Thanksgiving and the December holidays. As an HGP Coalition member\, Reach collects and distributes meal baskets\, toys\, and gift cards to referred families in the zip codes it serves.
