Public Policy Meeting

Description

The Public Policy Committee monitors and advises the Chamber on legislative and regulatory issues on the City, County and State levels and promotes the interests of our membership. See the Proposed Legislative Agenda here.

The Mayor and Council adopted the Zoning Ordinance and Comprehensive Map Amendments changes at the 6/29/26 Mayor and Council meeting.

Jim Wasilak, Zoning Administrator, and Holly Simmons, Deputy Zoning Administrator, were the lead staff who worked with the Mayor and Council on this code rewrite.
