Sales Lead – Senior Design Sales Consultant
We’re looking for a competitive, passionate, and goal-oriented Sales Lead to join our Re-Bath franchise team in the Maryland/Virginia/Washington D.C area. Primary Role: Player-coach who drives personal sales (70%) while elevating the daily execution of the team (30%).
Core Responsibilities (Self – 70% of role)
- Run professional, consultative in-home sales appointments and home shows
- Maintain top-tier personal sales performance through free in-home consultations (30% or higher)
- Reinforce Re-Bath sales standards, pricing integrity, and financing presentation
- Conduct needs analysis and design customized bathroom solutions
- Present Re-Bath products, warranties, timelines, and pricing
- Confidently present financing options
- Overcome objections and close the sale
- Accurately document notes, designs, and contracts in CRM
- Follow up on unsold appointments as required
- Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with the Re-Bath brand
- Coach DSCs, provide support, and guidance
- Bathroom design consultation
- Needs discovery
- Objection handling
- One-call close techniques
- Serve as first escalation point for:
- Pricing questions
- Design challenges
- Customer objections during appointments
- Run reports and analyze performance metrics of Close Rate Percentage, Rilla usage and presentation score, RemodelerGo resulting (daily)
- Lead Sales meeting with DSC performance metrics, share wins, scripts, and techniques (including webinars) that improve team performance (weekly)
- Support onboarding of new DSCs (monthly) through sales (script) training, shadowing and coaching
- Provide Owner with formal feedback through 1:1 meeting (weekly)
- Own the sales strategy
- Override pricing or policy
- Ideate, research and develop new sales programs including execution and change management integrations
- Set appointment volume expectations and manage territory coverage
- Set quotas or compensation plans
- Recruit and hire DSCs
- Issue formal discipline or PIPs
- Strong personal production
- New hires ramping faster
- Fewer lost deals due to execution errors
- Consistent and improved overall close rate percentage

- Clean paperwork and install-ready contracts
- 8 or more years of success in a sales lead role, overseeing a sales force focused on customer and in-home sales
- Associates degree required or 15+ years of proven Sales experience with impeccable performance record
- Bathroom/home remodeling is a plus
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Self-motivated and eager to help others grow and succeed
- A positive, competitive, motivational, and customer-focused attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and AI tools a plus
- Conduct 2 – 3 sales appointments Tuesday – Saturday
- Provide daily dedicated coaching to Design Sales Consultants Monday-Saturday
- Run reports, audit, review and access Design Sales Consultant performance as outlined
- Rotate staffing Home Shows along with Design Sales Consultants
- Full time.
- Base plus commission of total project – paid weekly
