Immersive Onboarding and Employee Skills workshop. An in-person session to consider how to bridge the generations in the workforce and to test out Virtual Reality (VR) features for upskilling. This includes immersive onboarding, professional communications, personal leadership skill development, customer service training and more. Participants will consider gaps in their workforce and the critical skills they need to plan for the future.
